Lee Fan is the Chief Financial Officer of Grubmarket with over thirteen years of finance and venture capital investing experience on Wall Street and in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining Grubmarket, Lee was a Senior Vice President at ZZ Ventures, where she invested in disruptive technology startups and lead the investing effort in consumer internet companies.
Prior to venture capital, Lee had a successful career in investment banking with firms such as Morgan Stanley, Evercore Partners, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Lee advised her clients on strategic capital market and M&A opportunities with a primary focused on internet, digital media, and consumer retail.
Lee holds a BS degree in Economics from Duke University and an MBA from Wharton at the University of Pennsylvania with dual concentrations in Finance and Strategic Management. Leelives in San Francisco with her puppy Panda.
